Federal and State probe of suspended county attorney Jim Ream reveals knowledge of credibility issues.


Employee Tara Longo, a victim/witness coordinator who was placed on administrative leave Nov. 6th in the wake of state and federal investigation into the county attorney’s office had credibility issues that Jim Reams was aware of.

His response: “I don’t believe I knew for quite some time afterward.”


Legal experts say that New Hampshire prosecutors are required to disclose any evidence favorable to a defendant prior to trial which is also mandated by the New Hampshire Rules of Conduct.
