Jesse has been informed that his hearing has been postponed again. There will be another Structuring Conference scheduled November 30th, 2017 so it’s likely the hearing will be sometime in March 2018. We will keep you updated if things change. Hopefully, Jesse will be granted the opportunity to have his case reexamined.
